abstract | The invention relates to a catalyst for preparing aromatic hydrocarbon from methanol at low temperature and a preparation method thereof. The catalyst is a supported catalyst. Namely, the catalyst is obtained by loading 1-3 wt% of metallic cobalt or/and oxide thereof and 1-3 wt% of metallic niobium or/and oxide thereof (based on 100% of the total weight of the supported catalyst) on a molecular sieve HZSM-5 (carrier) by an impregnation method. The catalyst provided by the invention comprises: not only can the aromatic hydrocarbon be prepared from the methanol under the condition of lower temperature (lower than 350 ℃); but also has the characteristic of higher durene content in the obtained aromatic hydrocarbon product. Therefore, the method lays a foundation for realizing the low-temperature preparation of the aromatic hydrocarbon from the methanol and the coproduction of durene. |
