titleOfInvention | Functional flexible inorganic porous fiber membrane, preparation method and application thereof in simultaneously removing oil stains and heavy metal ions in water |
abstract | The invention relates to a preparation method of a functional flexible inorganic porous fiber membrane and application of the functional flexible inorganic porous fiber membrane in removing oil stains and heavy metal ions in water simultaneously, and belongs to the technical field of functional materials. The invention uses a silicon oxide and titanium oxide composite porous fiber membrane with a hierarchical pore structure and a very high specific surface area as a substrate, and grafts a plurality of functional groups on the inner surface and the outer surface of the substrate fiber membrane by a chemical surface grafting method. The functional flexible inorganic porous fiber membrane has the property of super oleophobic property under water, when the fiber membrane is pre-soaked by water, the fiber membrane can allow water to permeate through and block oil which is not miscible with water, thereby realizing oil-water separation. Meanwhile, the organic functional group modified on the surface can adsorb and remove various heavy metal ions in water. The combination of the functions ensures that the functional flexible inorganic porous fiber membrane can simultaneously remove oil stains and heavy metal ions in water and has good reutilization property. |
