A spirofluorene ring compound, its application, a hole transport material and an organic electroluminescent device using it. The spirofluorene ring compound has a structural formula shown in the following formula (I); wherein, D 1 to D 12 are independently hydrogen, electron-donating groups or fused ring groups, and cannot be hydrogen at the same time; the electron-donating groups and condensed ring groups are independently selected from substituted or unsubstituted C 2 -C 30 aryl groups. The condensed-ring arene derivative with the spiro ring as the nucleus of the invention is suitable for being used as a hole-transporting material in an electroluminescent display; the voltage of the device is reduced, and the luminous efficiency of the device is improved. |
