The invention belongs to the field of polymer materials and biomedical engineering, and specifically relates to a modified drug-loaded embolic microsphere and a preparation method thereof, comprising: dissolving a degradable material in a mixed solvent, adding an antitumor drug, and ultrasonically mixing it uniform, and then pour the drug-containing polymer solution into polyethylene glycol (polyethylene glycol, PVA) solution, and prepare the drug-loaded microspheres by three-step dilution of the PVA solution. The microspheres prepared by the invention have controllable particle size, high drug loading capacity, regular spherical shape, convenient for sieving and grading and accurate marking of particle size, and have the advantages of precise target embolization of blood vessels, and have good application prospects in interventional embolization therapy. |
