The invention discloses H5 subtype avian influenza vaccine strains for distinguishing immunized and infected animals and a preparation method and application thereof. Highly pathogenic H5 subtype avian influenza not only brings huge economic losses to animal husbandry, but also seriously threatens the safety of public health. Although the conventional H5 subtype avian influenza whole virus inactivated vaccine has the advantages of good effect, low price and wide application, it cannot distinguish immunized and infected animals serologically, which brings huge obstacles to the monitoring and purification of avian influenza. The present invention successfully establishes a method for constructing and distinguishing immunization and infection H5 avian influenza vaccine strains by using NA of influenza B as a label. The invention has important application value and public health significance for the prevention, control and purification of H5 subtype avian influenza. |
