Firstly, reacting oligomer dihydric alcohol with diisocyanate under the action of a catalyst, then sequentially carrying out chain extension reaction with a chain extender, micromolecule dihydric alcohol and a cross-linking agent, adding organic bentonite and epoxy resin, carrying out neutralization reaction by using a neutralizer, and then shearing and emulsifying to prepare the organic bentonite/epoxy resin composite modified waterborne polyurethane emulsion. According to the invention, the organic bentonite and epoxy resin are compounded to modify the waterborne polyurethane, the emulsion has excellent mechanical properties after film forming, the tensile strength can reach 66.72MPa, the adhesive force can reach 0 grade at most, the stability of the emulsion is greatly improved, the emulsion can be stored for more than 9 months, the comprehensive properties are obviously improved, and the waterborne polyurethane emulsion does not contain organic solvents, so that the pollution to the environment is reduced, and the physical health of workers is ensured. |
