The present invention has just opened a kind of BiOCl/ZnO hetero-junctions high visible light catalytic activity material and preparation method thereof, and the method step is:1)Prepare solution A;2)Prepare solution B;3)Solution A and solution B are mixed and are made into mixed liquor C;4)Hexamethylenetetramine aqueous solution is added dropwise into mixed liquor C and obtains flower-shaped BiOCl crystal;5)Six acetate hydrate zinc, hexamethylenetetramine are dissolved in wiring solution-forming I and II in different deionized waters respectively;6)Solution I and solution II are mixed to form mixed liquor III;7)Mixed solution III is uniformly mixed with BiOCl micro mists, when reaction 6 is small at 80 DEG C 100 DEG C, product is washed, dried, cooled down and grinds to obtain BiOCl/ZnO hetero-junctions high visible light catalytic activity materials by natural cooling after having reacted.This method reaction time is short, reaction condition is mild and easy to operate.BiOCl/ZnO hetero-junctions prepared by this method can absorb visible ray, the photocatalytic activity with Visible Light Induced Photocatalytic rhodamine B and have the photochemical stability good. |
