titleOfInvention | Preparation method of high-solid-content ammonium zirconium carbonate cross-linking water-repellent agent |
abstract | The invention discloses a high-solid content ammonium zirconium carbonate cross-linking water repellent agent and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: adding water into ammonium bicarbonate to prepare an ammonium bicarbonate solution; heating the ammonium bicarbonate solution to 30-70 ℃; adding basic zirconium sulfate into an ammonium bicarbonate solution under the stirring action, wherein the mass ratio of the basic zirconium sulfate to the ammonium bicarbonate is 1: 0.5-0.8; and after reacting for 1-12 hours, filtering to obtain filtrate, namely the ammonium zirconium carbonate cross-linking water repellent agent with high solid content. The high-solid-content ammonium zirconium carbonate crosslinking water-resistant agent can eliminate the defects of urea-formaldehyde resin (UF), modified melamine formaldehyde resin (MF), Glyoxal (Glyoxal) and other crosslinking agents on human bodies and environment caused by residual formaldehyde and other toxic organic matters; the ammonium zirconium carbonate exists in the form of anionic hydroxylated zirconium polymer, has strong binding force to hydroxyl and carboxyl organic matters, has high chemical activity and needs no heating during crosslinking and curing. |
