titleOfInvention A kind of biological oxidation leaching method of sulfur-bearing arsenic gold mine
abstract The invention discloses a kind of biological oxidation leaching methods of sulfur-bearing arsenic gold mine, the following steps are included: (1) sulfur-bearing arsenic gold mine is added in 9K culture medium, adds Thiobacillus ferrooxidans (Thiobacillusferrooxidans) and obtain the biological oxidizing systems of sulfur-bearing arsenic gold mine;(2) oxalates and/or acetate are added in the biological oxidizing systems obtained in step (1), and adjusts the pH to 1.6-2.0 of the biological oxidizing systems;(3) biological oxidation leaches under stiring. The present invention can maintain biological oxidizing systems to change in lesser range, and can inhibit the generation of autunezite, therefore the method can shorten the biological oxidation period of sulfur-bearing arsenic gold mine, and the leaching rate of arsenic is made to promote 2%~10%.In addition, the oxalates and/or acetate used in the present invention are cheap, regulating effect is significant, easily operated.
