titleOfInvention | Zearalenone degrading enzyme mutant and encoding gene and application thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to a zearalenone degrading enzyme and a mutant as well as a coding gene and application thereof, wherein the degrading enzyme and the mutant have amino acid sequences shown in SEQ ID NO.1 and SEQ ID NO.3, or the degrading enzyme and the mutant are conservative variants obtained by deletion, substitution, insertion or/and addition of conservative mutation of one to several amino acids on the basis of the amino acid sequences shown in SEQ ID NO.1 and SEQ ID NO. 3. The zearalenone degrading enzyme and the mutant have the advantages of high enzyme activity, good temperature and pH tolerance and the like, can be widely applied to enzymolysis of zearalenone and several derivatives thereof, and have a wide substrate range. |
