The present invention provides a method for producing 1,3-propanediol by fermentation of recombinant microorganisms. The present invention first provides a recombinant microorganism capable of overexpressing acetyl-CoA carboxylase genes accBC and accDA, expressing malonyl-CoA synthase gene mcr, expressing 3-hydroxypropionyl-CoA synthase gene pcs, 3 ‑Hydroxypropionyl-CoA reductase gene pduP and 1,3‑propanediol reductase gene yqhD. The recombinant microorganism is fermented and cultured in a shake flask or a fermentor with glucose as a substrate to obtain 1,3-propanediol. The recombinant microorganism of the present invention can use cheap glucose, sucrose, molasses, xylose and the like as raw materials in the fermentation process without adding expensive coenzyme B12, so the production cost can be significantly reduced and the market application prospect is good. |
