abstract The present invention relates to thiourea derivatives containing polyhedral oligomeric hemisiloxane groups and their use. Thiourea derivatives are compounds shown in formula I. In formula I, R 1 to R 5 are independently selected from one of: hydrogen, nitro, C 1 to C 3 alkyl, C 1 to C 3 perfluoroalkane or C 1 to C 3 alkoxy; n is An integer of 1 to 6; A is a POSS base.
