abstract |
The invention discloses a preparation method of a lithium manganate positive electrode material for a lithium ion power battery and a lithium manganate positive electrode material for a lithium ion power battery prepared by the method. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) under stirring conditions , the sodium hydroxide solution and the soluble manganese salt solution containing doped metal ions are added dropwise to the electrolytic manganese dioxide suspension at the same time, while the dropwise addition, the air is fed into the oxidation reaction to generate spherical doped manganese dioxide; (2 ) mixing the spherical doped manganese dioxide obtained in step (1) with a lithium source and then sintering and pulverizing to obtain a spherical doped lithium manganate precursor; (3) the spherical doped lithium manganate obtained in step (2) The precursor is calcined and pulverized in an oxidizing atmosphere to obtain a lithium manganate cathode material for a lithium ion power battery. The prepared lithium manganate cathode material for lithium ion power batteries has the advantages of excellent high temperature performance and storage performance, stable structure, small specific surface area, low cost and the like. |
