abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a nano-array catalyst layer of an anion exchange membrane fuel cell, which comprises the steps of forming a nano-array microelectrode and assembling the catalyst layer. Growing a Cu carrier of a nano array on a substrate, and then taking the array as a supporting layer to carry a catalyst coating to form the nano array microelectrode. Hot pressing the prepared electrode on the cathode side of the anion exchange membrane, wherein the anode side adopts a CCM structure. The prepared nano-array Pd/Cu catalyst layer contains no anion exchange resin AEI. The ultra-thin catalytic layer can be used for an anion exchange membrane fuel cell and other batteries and electrochemical reactors. |
