The invention optimally designs the extraction process of the volatile oil and the galangin, controls the preferable extraction process conditions of the volatile oil in the galangal, lays a foundation for the subsequent extraction of the galangin while ensuring the higher extraction rate of the volatile oil of the galangal, and efficiently extracts the residue after the volatile oil is extracted by using the solvent with specific concentration to obtain the crude galangal. The obtained galangin crude product has good scavenging effect on DPPH, ABTS and superoxide anion free radicals. The method of the invention obtains the galangal volatile oil and the galangin simultaneously, and the extraction amount of the galangal volatile oil reaches 3.23mL/100g, and the extraction amount of the galangin reaches 9.98g/100g, thus providing a more scientific, reasonable and efficient technical approach for the utilization of the galangal. |
