abstract The invention relates to a preparation method of copper oxide nanocrystals, which comprises the following steps: forming a layer of aqueous solution of copper salt on a substrate having a hydrophilic surface, evaporating water in the aqueous solution of copper salt under an inert gas flow, wherein the concentration of the aqueous solution of copper salt is 0.05-1.5mol/L, the evaporation time is 5-60s, and the flow rate of the inert gas flow is 200cm 3 /sā€‘800cm 3 S; drying the treated copper salt aqueous solution to form copper salt precursor nano-crystals on the surface of the substrate; calcining the treated substrate step by step to form copper oxide nanocrystals on the surface of the substrate; wherein the step-by-step calcination conditions comprise: heating from 100 deg.C to 250 deg.C at a rate of 2.5 deg.C/min; then calcining at 250 ā„ƒ for 4 h. The invention also provides a preparation method of the silver/copper oxide heterostructure, the copper oxide nanocrystal prepared by the method also comprises the following steps: immersing a substrate with copper oxide nano crystals into a silver salt water solution, taking alcohol as a hole scavenger, and illuminating under natural light to load silver nano particles on the surface of copper oxide.
