abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of a graphene/silicon-carbon composite material, which comprises the steps of mixing soluble organic matters serving as carbon sources with graphene oxide dispersion liquid, carrying out first vapor deposition on a copper foil to form a transition layer, providing a stable and firm attachment point with certain toughness for the subsequent deposition of silicon, and simultaneously improving the conductivity of an electrode. The surface of the carbon network transition layer is distributed with nano points or nano wires which can play a role in guiding growth in the second vapor deposition process to generate a specific shape. The graphene/silicon-carbon composite material prepared by the method is formed by combining a plurality of nano-scale particles, has good mechanical strength and toughness, and can effectively reduce the falling-off of the active material caused by the volume expansion of silicon. Meanwhile, the material prepared by the method has the characteristics of large reversible capacity, designable capacity, good cycle performance and large-current discharge capacity and high tap density.
