titleOfInvention An electrochemical sensor for detecting acetamiprid and its preparation method and application
abstract The invention provides an electrochemical sensor for detecting acetamiprid and a preparation method thereof. The electrochemical sensor includes a detection electrode and a matching reagent; the detection electrode includes a gold electrode and is sequentially wrapped on the gold electrode from the inside to the outside. DHLA activation layer, acetamiprid antibody layer and MCH blocking layer outside the electrode; the matching reagent includes acetamiprid hapten probe solution and methylene blue probe solution. The electrochemical sensor of the invention realizes the immunodetection of small molecules, and the detection speed is fast; the detection limit is 3.2ng L -1 , and the detection is more sensitive. The use method is simple and fast, and is suitable for online detection of acetamiprid in food safety.
