titleOfInvention | Copper-containing antibacterial viscose fiber and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of spinning, and particularly relates to a copper-containing antibacterial viscose fiber and a preparation method thereof. The antibacterial property of the copper-containing antibacterial viscose fiber is more than or equal to 85 percent. The copper-containing antibacterial viscose fiber is prepared by adding a copper complex solution into a viscose solution, and then spinning and post-treating when the copper complex solution is dissolved to any process before spinning. The copper-containing antibacterial viscose fiber provided by the invention has excellent antibacterial property which is more than 85%, and simultaneously has good mechanical property, the dry strength is more than or equal to 2.1CN/dext, the dry elongation is more than or equal to 17%, and the dry strength variation coefficient is less than or equal to 18%. More importantly, the copper-containing antibacterial viscose fiber of the invention has very excellent washability, and still maintains good antibacterial property after being washed for 50 times. |
