abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a mud-resistant and shrinkage-resistant polycarboxylate superplasticizer, which comprises the steps of adding phytic acid, unsaturated alcohol ether, a polymerization inhibitor and a catalyst into a reaction container, uniformly stirring, heating to 80-200 ℃ for esterification reaction for 1-12h, cooling to normal temperature after reaction to obtain a snowflake-shaped mud-resistant macromonomer; adding the snowflake-shaped mud-resistant macromonomer and solvent water into a reaction container, adding the polyether macromonomer, unsaturated carboxylic acid, unsaturated derivative and initiator into the reaction container, uniformly stirring, heating to 50-100 ℃, reacting for 1-12h, cooling to room temperature after the reaction is finished, adding alkali to adjust the pH value to 6.5-7.5, and obtaining the water reducer. The water reducing agent provided by the invention has excellent mud resistance, water reduction, shrinkage reduction effect and dispersibility, and has good application prospect and market competitiveness in the field of water reducing agents. The method also has the advantages of simple synthesis process, safety, environmental protection, no toxicity, no harm, cleanness, no pollution, easy formation of industrial production and good social and economic benefits. |
