abstract A compound separated from rabdosia plants and an application thereof are characterized in that the structure of the compound is shown as a formula (I), and a preparation method of the compound of the formula (I) comprises the following steps: (1) drying aerial parts of the rabdosia pseudossajou in the shade, and crushing into plant powder; (2) soaking the plant powder obtained in the step (1) in a mixed solvent of ethanol and ethyl acetate in a volume ratio of 3.5-5: 1, performing reflux extraction at the temperature of below 50 ℃ for 2-4 hours, cooling and separating a solid part to obtain a leachate, wherein the weight ratio of the mixed solvent to the plant powder is 5-10: 1; (3) controlling the leachate obtained in the step (2) at 50 ℃, and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain a crude extract; (4) and 3) treating and decoloring the extract obtained in the step 3) by using macroporous adsorption resin to obtain an extract, and performing silica gel column chromatography on the extract to obtain the compound (I).
