abstract | The invention provides a preparation method of levulinic acid, which comprises the following steps: respectively weighing fructose and Aquivion PW resin according to the ratio of the quantity of proton substances contained in the Aquivion PW perfluorosulfonic acid resin to the quantity of fructose substances not less than 0.15, and adding the fructose and the Aquivion PW resin into a reaction kettle containing deionized water; the reaction kettle containing the reactants is placed at the temperature of 110-140 ℃ for reaction for more than 8 hours under stirring; the preparation method provided by the invention has the advantages that the Aquivion PW perfluorinated sulfonic acid resin is used as a catalyst, the levulinic acid is directly prepared from fructose through one-step reaction in water, the selectivity and the yield of the levulinic acid are high, meanwhile, the Aquivion PW resin catalyst can be recycled, and the yield of the product levulinic acid is kept. |
