titleOfInvention | Method for recovering copper, chromium and nickel from electroplating waste containing copper, chromium and nickel |
abstract | The invention relates to a method for recovering copper, chromium and nickel from electroplating wastes containing copper, chromium and nickel, which comprises the steps of pulping the electroplating wastes containing chromium, copper and nickel and sodium hydroxide in a sodium chromate solution, continuously reacting with oxygen at a certain temperature and under a certain pressure, taking the sodium hydroxide as a reactant, filtering and washing to obtain a filtrate of sodium chromate, and preparing sodium bichromate. Filtering to obtain copper-nickel containing filter residue, dissolving with sulfuric acid, filtering, and removing iron. And adding sulfide into the filtrate after iron removal, reacting to generate cuprous sulfide or copper sulfide precipitate, filtering and washing to obtain a pure cuprous sulfide or copper sulfide product. Adding sodium carbonate into the pure nickel-containing filtrate to obtain a nickel carbonate product, wherein the filtrate can be used for preparing a glauber salt product. The invention has the advantages of low energy consumption, easily obtained electroplating waste, low price, low cost of the recovered sodium chromate, cuprous sulfide or copper sulfide and nickel carbonate, market competitiveness and accordance with the requirements of national industrial recycling economy policies. |
