abstract | The invention provides a tumor drug-loaded microparticle preparation and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation comprises a cell vesicle released by apoptosis of a tumor stem cell and a chemotherapeutic drug which is wrapped in the cell vesicle and used as an effective component; the three-dimensional soft fibrin glue and tumor cells are mixed and cultured in a culture medium. The tumor drug-loaded microparticles provided by the invention are more beneficial to high enrichment of tumor tissues and penetration of deep tumors, and are more easily and effectively absorbed by common tumor cells and tumor stem cells, the killing of chemotherapeutic drugs on the common tumor cells and the tumor stem cells is improved, the problem that the drug-loaded microparticles from the common tumor cells cannot penetrate to the deep tumors to kill more tumor stem cells can be solved, and meanwhile, the toxic and side effects of the chemotherapeutic drugs on organisms are reduced. |
