titleOfInvention | A detection method and instrument package for metal ions in samples containing protein |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for detecting metal ions in a protein-containing sample. The method comprises the following steps: 1) adding a protein-degrading enzyme to the protein-containing sample to obtain an enzyme degradation product; 2) adding acid to the enzyme 3) filter the mixture to obtain the supernatant; 4) use an organic solvent to extract the supernatant, remove by-products soluble in the organic solvent, obtain the water layer, rinse the water layer, and then detect the washed metal ions in the water layer. The method has the advantages of simple process, avoiding the use of any professional laboratory instruments, high efficiency and rapidity, and detection on site. This method is suitable for the detection of heavy metal ions in complex products such as milk. The invention also discloses an instrument package, including reagents for implementing the method. |
