titleOfInvention A molecular beacon-mediated isothermal amplification detection method and its application
abstract The invention discloses an isothermal amplification detection method mediated by molecular beacons combined with nucleic acid chromatography detection technology and an application thereof. This method can be used to detect pathogen genomes in various biological fluid media, such as various unknown contaminating bacteria in platelets or Babesia parvum transmitted by blood transfusion. The present invention detects the isothermal amplification products mediated by molecular beacons with nucleic acid chromatography, which enhances the transformation and development of isothermal amplification technology to instant testing (rapid bedside diagnostic technology, Point-Of-Care Technology, POCT) It is possible and can be further made into a kit, which will be widely used in emergency/war emergency treatment, inspection and quarantine, detection and monitoring of sudden infectious diseases, on-site rapid detection (POCT) and other fields, with broad application prospects.
