titleOfInvention | Two ACE-inhibiting peptides derived from large yellow croaker titin |
abstract | The invention mainly relates to a large yellow croaker titin-derived ACE inhibitory peptide sequence and its application. The two peptide sequences are WAR and WQR respectively, which lays a foundation for the prevention and treatment of hypertension. In the present invention, by means of different online databases, an inhibitory peptide with high-efficiency ACE inhibitory activity is obtained after multiple rounds of screening. WAR and WQR were synthesized and their ACE inhibitory activities in vitro were verified by high performance liquid chromatography. The two active peptides involved in the present invention have good in vitro ACE inhibitory activity. The two peptide sequences provided by the present invention can be used to develop health food with the effect of regulating blood pressure, and achieve the purpose of preventing, controlling, relieving and assisting the treatment of hypertension through long-term administration. |
