abstract |
The present invention provides a substrate with a transparent conductive layer with little change in resistance over time, a liquid crystal panel, and a method for manufacturing the substrate with the transparent conductive layer. A substrate with a transparent conductive layer according to one aspect of the present invention includes a substrate and a transparent conductive layer. Provided is a substrate with a transparent conductive layer in which the transparent conductive layer is disposed on the substrate and contains at least one of niobium oxide, tantalum oxide, and antimony oxide and tin oxide. Accordingly, in this substrate with a transparent conductive layer, changes in electrical resistance over time are reduced. |
