titleOfInvention Iron-based amorphous alloy and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention provides an iron-based amorphous alloy shown as a formula (I), wherein a, b and c respectively represent the atom percentage content of corresponding components; a is more than or equal to 83.0 and less than or equal to 87.0, b is more than 11.0 and less than or equal to 15.0, c is more than or equal to 2.0 and less than or equal to 4.0, and a + b + c is equal to 100; d is the concentration of RE in the iron-based amorphous alloy, and d is more than or equal to 10ppm and less than or equal to 30 ppm. According to the preparation method, the preparation of the high-saturation amorphous material is completed by adding the rare earth elements, so that the amorphous alloy strip with high saturation magnetic induction intensity is obtained. The application also provides a preparation method of the iron-based amorphous alloy. The saturation magnetic induction intensity of the iron-based amorphous alloy prepared by the method is not lower than 1.63T; the alloy material can be used for manufacturing magnetic core materials of power transformers, motors and inverters; fe a B b Si c RE d (Ⅰ)。
