titleOfInvention High-sulfur heavy crude oil asphalt stabilizer
abstract A high-sulfur heavy crude oil asphalt stabilizer comprises a cross-linking agent, an accelerant and an auxiliary agent; wherein the cross-linking agent is powdery organic sulfur donor 4,4' -dithiodimorpholine; the accelerant is a mixture of nano lanthanum oxide, ester derivatives of benzimidazole and N-phenyl thioacetamide according to a certain proportion, wherein the proportion of the nano lanthanum oxide is 30-50 wt%, the proportion of the ester derivatives of benzimidazole is 20-50 wt%, and the proportion of the N-phenyl thioacetamide is 20-40 wt%. The stabilizer avoids the occurrence of gel phenomenon which is easy to occur in high-sulfur heavy crude oil asphalt; the anti-aging performance of the modified high-sulfur heavy crude oil asphalt is obviously improved; the defect that the compatibility of SBS and asphalt is poor and the modification is difficult is improved.
