titleOfInvention | High frequency resonator arrangement system |
abstract | The invention relates to a high-frequency resonator arrangement for generating at least two independent alternating magnetic fields in a test volume of a magnetic resonance apparatus extending along a central longitudinal axis, comprising: a first pair of flat coils connected to form a first radio-frequency resonator and having electrical conductor sections which each enclose a flat planar section between them, the flat coils being arranged on opposite sides of the test volume on a first coil carrier plate which is parallel to one another and parallel to the longitudinal axis, and a second pair of flat coils connected to form a second radio-frequency resonator and on a second coil carrier plate, characterized in that the projections of the flat planar sections of the first pair of flat coils are partially, but not completely, viewed in a direction perpendicular to the planar sections, and the projections of the flat planar sections of the second pair of flat coils are partially, but not completely, viewed in a direction perpendicular to the planar sections. The disadvantages of the prior art, especially the installation of other high-frequency resonators in the NMR measurement probe, can thus be overcome. |
