titleOfInvention | Enzyme-producing microorganism for hydrolyzing D, L-pantoic acid lactone and application and screening method thereof |
abstract | The invention provides an enzyme-producing microorganism for hydrolyzing D, L-pantoic acid lactone and an application and a screening method thereof. Specifically, D, L-pantoic acid lactone is hydrolyzed by an enzyme-producing microbial strain, and then acidification is carried out, so that the formed conversion solution is subjected to high performance liquid chromatography chiral on-line detection, and a strain with catalytic activity and stereoselectivity on the hydrolysis of the D, L-pantoic acid lactone is rapidly screened out. Through the directional screening method, the Fusarium verticillioides CGMCC NO.14552 has remarkable and unique advantages in hydrolyzing D, L-pantolactone, the hydrolysis conversion rate of the D with the concentration of 1-70% in 5-10 h can reach more than 35%, and the ee value of the target product D-pantolactone is more than 98%. |
