abstract | The invention provides degradable environment-friendly trace lubricating oil which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: is prepared from raw materials including chitosan fatty acid ester; wherein the dosage of the chitosan polyethylene glycol fatty acid ester is 10-20% of the total weight of the raw materials. The chitosan fatty acid ester prepared by the method has excellent lubricity, extreme pressure anti-wear property and rust resistance, can completely or partially replace the traditional extreme pressure anti-wear agent containing chlorine, sulfur and phosphorus to be used in trace lubricating oil, and a small amount of trace lubricating oil can meet the requirements of lubrication cooling, extreme pressure anti-wear and rust resistance of metal processing; the cutting fluid is matched with a trace lubricating device for use, the use amount of the cutting fluid can be saved by more than 95%, and the effects of energy conservation, emission reduction and environmental protection are obvious. |
