titleOfInvention Preparation method and device of self-supporting polyaniline nano-cluster
abstract The invention discloses a preparation method and a device of a self-supporting polyaniline nanocluster. The preparation method comprises the following steps: respectively preparing aniline monomer solution and oxidant solution, and then sequentially spraying aniline monomer and oxidant onto a conductive substrate in an electrostatic spraying manner under a high-voltage electric field; and after the reaction in a high-voltage electric field, taking down the conductive base material, transferring the conductive base material to a shade place for continuous reaction, and finally obtaining the polyaniline nanocluster. The preparation device comprises two containers respectively containing aniline monomer solution and oxidant solution, the two solutions are respectively connected with a jet needle through a flow pump, a conductive collecting substrate is arranged below the jet needle, and the conductive collecting substrate is arranged on a rotary platform. The method is convenient to operate, simple, efficient and suitable for large-scale green production. The prepared polyaniline has the advantages of high specific surface area, high conductivity, self-supporting property and the like, and the appearance, the size and the structure of the polyaniline can be finely regulated and controlled by the concentration of aniline monomers and the electric field intensity.
