The preparation method is as follows: after mixing a phenolic compound, cholesteryl 4-aminobenzoate, formaldehyde and a solvent , react at 50-110 °C to obtain benzoxazine monomer, dissolve the benzoxazine monomer in a solvent, form a film by a casting method, and after thermal curing, obtain a liquid crystal polymer containing side groups of cholesterol mesogens. Benzoxazine. The synthesized liquid crystal polybenzoxazine containing cholesteric mesogen side groups with high thermal conductivity and high heat resistance has potential application value in the field of electronic packaging.
