The method for preparing the compound disclosed in the present invention comprises: reacting the metal salt of hydroxy fatty acid with polyisocyanate, then reacting the obtained product with water, or reacting the metal salt of hydroxy fatty acid with polyisocyanate and diamine, or Add additional polyisocyanate and react with water. The invention also discloses a lubricating grease whose thickener and/or anti-oxidant additive are provided by the compound. In addition, the method for preparing lubricating grease disclosed in the present invention includes preparing the compound according to the above-mentioned method; refining the thickener, and then mixing it with the remaining base oil and antioxidant additives, and the thickener and/or antioxidant additives are obtained from the described Compound provided. The invention also discloses the lubricating grease prepared by the above method. The compound of the present invention has excellent high-temperature anti-oxidation performance.
