abstract | The invention discloses a method for preparing cyclopentanol under supercritical condition and equipment thereof, wherein cyclopentene and acetic acid aqueous solution are used as raw materials, reactants are reacted in a pipeline type reactor under supercritical condition to generate cyclopentyl acetate, and the cyclopentyl acetate is then subjected to ester exchange reaction with methanol under supercritical condition to generate cyclopentanol, wherein the conversion rate of cyclopentene can reach more than 92%, and the selectivity of cyclopentanol can reach more than 95%. According to the invention, other solvents and catalysts except water are not required to be added, the main byproduct methyl acetate generated in the reaction process can be directly sold to increase the benefit, and the residual water and methanol can be recycled and reused, so that the method has the characteristics of environmental protection, no pollution, high selectivity and the like. |
