abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field related to material forming, and discloses a preparation method of a porous silicon nitride piece with a complex shape, which combines a metal laser selective melting process and a silicon nitride reaction sintering process, and provides a new idea for preparing a large-size porous silicon nitride part with a complex shape; the method specifically comprises the following steps: (1) providing metal silicon powder and an oxide sintering aid in a predetermined mass part ratio as raw materials; (2) performing micro-area partial sintering on the raw material by adopting a selective laser melting process to perform a porous silicon blank; (3) and performing reaction sintering on the porous silicon blank, and nitriding to obtain a porous silicon nitride piece with a complex shape. The preparation method is easy to realize shape control and control of the porous silicon nitride piece, can improve the manufacturing efficiency, has higher flexibility and does not need a high-molecular binder. |
