abstract | The invention provides a desulfurization coal washing process, which comprises the following steps: the method comprises the following steps: separating raw coal and gangue by using intelligent coal gangue separation equipment; step two: crushing raw coal; step three: desulfurizing with 1-3 wt% coal washing desulfurizing agent; step four: separating gangue, middlings and clean coals from a coal washer; step six: the coal slime water is filtered by a linear sieve, a coal sieve and a micro-coal sieve in sequence, and the water is purified and sieved by a coal washing water treatment agent. The coal washing desulfurizer is prepared by mixing 20-25 parts of weak alkaline compound, 5-10 parts of quaternary ammonium sulfonated cobalt phthalocyanine, 40-50 parts of quicklime, 35-45 parts of oxidant and 150 parts of 120-one water. The invention has obvious desulfurization effect, thereby reducing the incidence rate of acid rain, obviously improving the yield of clean coal, reducing the generation rate of dust particles during coal combustion because the ash content of the washed coal is lower than 0.4 percent, improving the recovery rate of coal slime and reducing the pollution to the environment through purifying the coal washing wastewater. |
