titleOfInvention Rotary electrochemical immune paper chip analysis device and detection method thereof
abstract The invention relates to the technical field of electrochemical analysis, biological immunity and microfluidic chips, in particular to a rotary electrochemical immune paper chip analysis device and a detection method thereof. The device comprises an auxiliary disc, a reagent disc and a washing disc which are connected in a rotating mode, wherein the auxiliary disc, the reagent disc and the washing disc can rotate independently, respective fluid channels are arranged on the auxiliary disc, the reagent disc and the washing disc respectively, holes are formed in each fluid channel, and fluid is controlled to flow through the holes when the holes in the auxiliary disc, the reagent disc and the washing disc are communicated with one another in a rotating mode. The layers of paper chips in the device of the present invention can be independently rotated about the center, which allows the rotary valve to be neatly integrated into the paper chip device for controlling the flow of fluid over the paper chips. The device is simple and quick to prepare and convenient to operate, and provides a new device for quick and convenient medical instant diagnosis.
