titleOfInvention | Method for simultaneously detecting 6 groups of azo sulfonic pigment isomers in bean products |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for simultaneously detecting 6 groups of azo sulfonic pigment isomers in bean products, which comprises the following steps: (1) extracting a sample, and purifying by adopting solid phase extraction to obtain a loading solution; (2) and (3) measuring the sample loading liquid obtained in the step (1) by using a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrum, and comparing and analyzing the sample loading liquid with a standard solution to obtain a qualitative and quantitative result. The detection method of the invention develops an analysis method capable of specifically distinguishing, separating and quantitatively determining the pigment isomer by researching the difference of mass spectrum and chromatographic properties of the azo sulfonic pigment isomer, and makes up the defect that the existing azo sulfonic pigment detection method is difficult to accurately determine the isomer; and the method is combined with a proper pretreatment purification process, has short analysis time and high sensitivity, and can be used as a confirmation analysis method of the azo sulfonic acid pigment isomer. |
