The primer, the kit and the method for NUDT15 genotyping utilize the characteristic that Taq hot start DNA polymerase lacks 3 '-5' end exonuclease activity, when 3 'end base of an amplification primer is not complementary with template base, amplification products are reduced rapidly, and 3 primers with known point mutation are designed according to the characteristic that 3' end base of the amplification primer is complementary with template base of mutant type and wild type, so that wild type and mutant type genes can be distinguished. The primer, the kit and the method for NUDT15 genotyping have the advantages of simple detection process, high amplification efficiency and strong specificity, and can be matched with an internal reference template, an internal reference primer pair, a positive control, a negative control and the like in the genotyping detection process to carry out whole-process monitoring on the real-time fluorescence PCR process, so that false negative and false positive results are avoided, and the genotyping result is accurate and reliable.
