abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of agricultural biology, in particular to a mutant Gal27B-A16 of alpha-galactosidase Gal27B, and a coding gene and application thereof. The loop 4 of the mutant of Gal27B was extended to 23 amino acids by inserting the "STNGTCPDNKNPAPAG" amino acid sequence of loop 4 of α -galactosidase Gal27A into loop 4 consisting of 7 amino acids of α -galactosidase whose amino acid sequence is shown in SEQ ID No. 1. The catalytic function and heat resistance of the mutant enzyme are obviously improved, and the mutant enzyme has important application value in food and feed enzyme industry. |
