titleOfInvention Bacillus valophilus and application thereof
abstract The invention discloses a bacillus vallophilus T.halophilus SW-3 with the accession number of GDMCC No. 60286; also disclosed is a method for preparing a microbial preparation using the strain, comprising the steps of: firstly, activating by using a TSA liquid culture medium; carrying out amplification culture on the activated bacterial liquid; inoculating the bacterial liquid with enlarged fermentation into a solid fermentation culture medium for fermentation; drying after fermentation, crushing and packaging. The strain is applied to the composting process of organic solid wastes, and is beneficial to overcoming the defects of insufficient activity of indigenous microorganisms or inoculated microorganisms, degradation of organic matters and low stability improving speed of high-salt organic material composts, so that the rapid humification process of the composts is improved.
