abstract | The invention relates to the field of electrical sleeves, and discloses a low-smoke high-flame-retardant PVC electrical sleeve which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 90-110 parts of PVC resin, 3-5 parts of chlorinated polyethylene, 3-7 parts of a stabilizer, 10-20 parts of a filler, 6-8 parts of calcium carbonate whiskers, 6-8 parts of calcium sulfate whiskers, 10-20 parts of a flame retardant and 4-6 parts of a processing aid, wherein the flame retardant is a composition of 3-6 parts of zinc borate, 1.5-3 parts of zinc stannate, 2-3 parts of ammonium octamolybdate, 1-2 parts of nano clay, 1.5-3 parts of melamine phosphate and 1-3 parts of ammonium polyphosphate. The low-smoke high-flame-retardant PVC electrical casing pipe has the advantages of good environmental protection performance, excellent flame-retardant performance, proper smoke quantity, good tensile strength and tensile rate, high oxygen index, good low-temperature impact performance and the like. |
