titleOfInvention | Method for separating T acid in H acid production |
abstract | The invention provides a method for separating T acid in H acid production. The invention provides a T acid isolation method in H acid production, which comprises the following steps: keeping the temperature at 80-85 ℃: mixing a reduction product in the production of H acid with part of sodium sulfate, and then adding a sulfuric acid solution to perform primary crystallization; and mixing the product of the primary crystallization with the residual sodium sulfate, and then adding a sulfuric acid solution to perform secondary crystallization. The method adopts a fractional crystallization method, the salt added for the first time forms a low-concentration salt solution, the T acid sodium salt crystal is favorably slowly separated out and forms a T acid sodium salt crystal with uniform particles, the T acid sodium salt crystal is more easily separated out on the surface of the formed T acid sodium salt crystal when the crystal is separated out by secondary acid, the fine holes in the filter brick are not blocked, the solid and the liquid are effectively separated, the ammonium sulfate dissolved in the washing water is conveniently taken out along with the mother liquor during washing, and the effective separation of the ammonium sulfate and the T acid is effectively solved. |
