titleOfInvention | A kind of preparation method of lithium titanate lanthanum lead-rGO |
abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of lithium titanate lanthanum lead-rGO, and the invention aims to solve the problems of weak light absorption capacity and poor photocatalytic activity of existing PbTiO 3 . It includes the following steps: (1) configuring a mixed solution of Ti(OC 4 H 9 ) 4 , Pb(AC) 2 , Li(NO 3 ) and La(NO 3 ) 3 , (2) adjusting the pH value of the precursor solution Then mixed with rGO to obtain lithium lanthanum lead-rGO powder under hydrothermal conditions. The co-doping of lithium and lanthanum increases the photocatalytic activity of lead titanate to a certain extent, and a heterojunction structure is formed between the (010) crystal plane of lithium lanthanum lead titanate and rGO. The present invention utilizes the good carrier of rGO. The transport property promotes the effective separation of photogenerated electrons and holes, thereby improving the photocatalytic performance of lead titanate, which has the advantages of simple preparation process, short synthesis cycle and low cost. |
