titleOfInvention Protein-based non-spherical microcapsule with hydrophobic drug crystal as template and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a protein-based non-spherical microcapsule taking hydrophobic drug crystals as templates and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing the hydrophobic drug crystals into drug particles; 2) preparing a cationic polymer solution, and preparing a first particle from the cationic polymer solution and the drug particle; 3) preparing a second microparticle from the first microparticle and a protein salt solution; 4) repeating the step 2) and the step 3) for 1-5 times; 5) mixing the particles obtained in the step 4) with a glutaraldehyde aqueous solution for reaction; adding sodium borohydride aqueous solution, terminating crosslinking, and obtaining final particles; 6) and mixing the final particles with a denucleation solvent, centrifuging, and washing with water to obtain the protein-based non-spherical microcapsule with a hollow structure or a part of hollow structure. The invention can modify the surface of the drug, and simultaneously exert the carrier function of the microcapsule, and can load other functional components, thereby achieving the purpose of combined drug delivery. The method of the invention has good reproducibility, and the material has biocompatibility and degradability.
