abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a photosensitive composition, a method for producing the photosensitive composition, a photopolymerization initiator preferably blended in the photosensitive composition, and a method for producing the photopolymerization initiator. The composition comprises a photopolymerizable compound (A), a photopolymerization initiator ( B), and a solvent (S), and the time-dependent decrease of the sensitivity of the said photosensitive composition is suppressed. Photopolymerization initiator (B) containing a photopolymerizable compound (A), an oxime ester compound containing a specific structure having a carbonyl group at a position adjacent to the C=N bond in an oxime group (>C=N-O-) ) and the solvent (S), in which the sensitivity is high but the sensitivity is likely to decrease with time, the amount of water and the content of the carboxylic acid having a specific structure are limited to a predetermined value or less. |
