titleOfInvention Construction of standard characteristic spectrum of Kangfu tincture and quality detection method thereof
abstract The invention relates to a quality control technology of Chinese patent medicine, in particular to a construction method of a standard characteristic map of Kangfu tincture and a quality detection method thereof, which comprises the following steps: preparing and measuring a chromatogram of the to-be-detected Kangfu tincture and a chromatogram of a reference rutin, comparing the chromatogram of the to-be-detected Kangfu tincture with a constructed standard characteristic map, if 20 identical characteristic peaks in the standard characteristic map appear in the chromatogram of the to-be-detected Kangfu tincture, and a peak corresponding to a reference peak is an S peak, calculating the relative retention time of each characteristic peak and the S peak, wherein the relative retention time of each characteristic peak and the relative retention time of each characteristic peak in the standard characteristic map are within +/-5% relative standard, the quality of the Kangfu tincture is qualified, otherwise, the quality of the Kangfu tincture is unqualified, and thus the quality of the Kangfu tincture can be rapidly detected and judged.
